In Purees, we ship our crops from the field directly to the processing facility where the final product is packaged in aseptic containers. This allows America’s Harvest to best control the quality and product consistency of the puree.
Aseptically packed purees are available in several varieties of jalapeno, tomatillo, habanero, serrano, mango, guava and sweet potato. Featuring the freshness of a product straight from the vine, our aseptically packed purees have a twelve month shelf life without refrigeration. Used as an ingredient, the puree offers consistency in recipes throughout the year. The product is packed to the customers screening and Brix specifications in five and forty-four pound bags or a fifty-five gallon drum. Other puree varieties are available on request.
We offer the following purees: Jalapeno, Heatless Jalapeno, Tomatillo, Orange, Red and Green Habanero, Red and Green Serrano, Mango, Guava, and Sweet Potato.
